Lawsuit Filed Against Outback Steakhouse After Woman Slips And Falls.

Angela Renee Neal, a Milton, West Virginia resident is suing Bloomin’ Brands Inc., doing business as Outback Steakhouse after she slipped and fell on a slick floor in one of their restaurants, sustaining a broken wrist in the accident.

In her lawsuit, which was filed on February 28, 2014, in Cabell Circuit Court in West Virginia, Neal states that she was at an Outback Steakhouse when she fell on a slick floor and broke her wrist.  Neal is suing for an undisclosed amount of damages, including punitive damages and cites Outback Steakhouse’s negligence as the basis for their liability.
