Sanford Rubenstein, a prominent New York City personal injury attorney, has filed a personal injury lawsuit on his own behalf seeking personal injury damages after he slipped and fell in the lobby of his Brooklyn office building. This, he claims, was negligent because the worker created the wet floor, should have known that it posed a potential hazard, but then did nothing to warn of the potential danger. Rubenstein is now forced to wear a brace on his knee, but hopes to avoid arthroscopic surgery.
Rubenstein is seeking an unspecified amount of personal injury damages from the building’s owners, managers and maintenance companies.
